Cagdas Kircali, whom graduated from the University of Marmara with a degree in law in 2004, became a member of our team in 2010 after accomplishment of pre-master programme in Legal studies, Commercial and International Law with high academic distinction and an award of post-graduate certificate in Maritime Law by the Queen Mary University of London. He successfully completed Residential and Distance Learning Courses in P&I Insurance and Loss Prevention achieving a Pass with Distinction as well as One-to-One In-Office Training Programme at North of England P&I Association. He, with the strong marine claims background, handles all types of P&I claims and has been involved in a considerable number of major casualties as well as FD&D insurance disputes. He is specialized in Maritime Law, Insurance Law, Shipping Law, Marine Environment Law and Labour Law.
